(I don't use them. I just check their service status from time to time because so many other Fediverse instances do use Wasabi.) -

Whether full or partial, they've had service interruption for multiple consecutive days. #Digital_Ocean, on the other hand, feels like they are somewhat competent. -

I just have not seen “we throttle after X space / bandwidth is used”, so I wondered whether you knew for sure that this is what happened. -
