#sonTwo and #Daddy_A have both been talking to their family doctors and were told to delay receiving the #COVID-19 vaccine until additional data is available from those vaccinated.
I'm not pleased that doctors are telling my boys not to get the vaccines (yet). I do realize that we have no history of mRNA vaccines, and that we only have a year of even knowing about this virus, so no long-term studies showing safety.
But both of them are heavy. One had asthma and a lung infection when he was younger.

2nd son’s doctor recommended that they wait to get a #COVID-19 vaccination, saying that the rushed testing process means he’s unable to confidently recommend it.
Because my son has certain health issues, I hope the follow-up studies start quickly ... the faster there are results, the faster his doctor can say a certain “Yes, it is safe” or “No, it is unsafe”.

Looked at both #SoCal #Inland_Empire counties. It looks like #Riverside County has a little bit more detail to their #COVID-19 vaccination plan than #San_Bernardino County does, but they both seem a little too generic to do much good.
A big part appears to be based on the idea that most people will commute long distances to each county’s central hospital for their shots. Geographically, SBCo is the largest county in the lower 48 states, larger than some entire states, so that is entirely unreasonable. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Bernardino_County,_California
Both counties have tribal reservations within their territory, but Riverside notes that tribal health groups will receive their vaccines directly from the federal government.
I don’t see “take a truck and set it up in the parking lot of the local park as a mobile vaccination center” or “set up temporary centers in CVS and Walgreens drug stores”.

Kenny called because he's trying to advise someone that is dealing with several equipment replacements for people working from home. I'm unable to improve the process the person is using.
I mean, both Kenny and I suggested an improvement, but some manager would have to approve it and I don't see them doing that.
In an earlier call, Kenny and I discussed the #COVID-19 vaccine rollout and some workplace changes that we hope remain after the pandemic is squashed.
Kenny called twice, and B called once. B called because she's working with someone that I worked with in #PR and my name came up in conversation.
