notklaatu (klaatu)'s status on Sunday, 05-Aug-2018 06:15:12 UTC notklaatu I was building a dragonborn PC the other day and noticed that 5e Draconic races don't have an official history yet. Their #DragonLance history is rich, and gets a small mention in the 5e handbook, but it's not clear how the evil origins of 1e/2e Draconians lead to a playable good race in 5e.
This week's Chronicles & Commons looks at Draconics from DragonLance (TSR2021, my earliest D&D book) to 5e, and then explores @BrentNewhall's excellent Kala race.
