     @tsu I think the commonwealth / territory was claming 64 deaths due to last year's hurricanes until an outside investigation put the number around 3,000. So I see your point.
     
     On the other hand, I'm staying in a tourist zone, with two police vehicles constantly patrolling the area (and another one at the major beach access point during daylight hours). I feel like I can walk down the street even into the night hours because of the patrols.
