   I’m feeling some anger today. The travel reimbursement office rejected the cost of transporting $EMPLOYER’s tools from #PR to #SoCal. I’m having to write an appeal letter that doesn’t include “take these tools and shove them up your ...”.

     Appeal letter written and submitted. Thanks to my local supervisor, who suggested changes that should “avoid escalation”, while emphasizing _their tools —> their wallet_.
