@moonman It has been well over a decade since I used it, but I found #FreeBSD to be very reliable. Both #NetBSD and #OpenBSD were harder to use. #DragonflyBSD was still new when I tried it, so I couldn't really get a feel for it.

@1iceloops123 @moonman As ubiquitous as these Unix-alikes (the BSDs, Linux), their symbolic characters have never had their own children's cartoon. I'd like to sit with the #grandkids and watch Tux, Puffy, the (DragonFly BSD) dragonfly, the (FreeBSD) daemon, and Darwin the platypus having adventures. (Last I heard, I think NetBSD used a flag in lieu of any kind of character.) Maybe they'd be pursued by an evil being that wishes to use several rectangular panes of glass (which should not be called "windows") to confine them in some sort of zoo exhibit.
