     "coupon lady" left around 54 minutes. Really busy today, so there was no change lanes option that made sense.

     @bthall There were a couple of people ahead of her and one person between us. All the other lines were longer, so even though ours was slowest, the overall wait in other lines was still in the 35-45 minutes range, versus just over an hour. By the time I realized coupon lady was taking too long, changing lanes likely would not have saved any time.
