The Los Angeles Times recently had an article about the potential devastation should Whittier Narrows Dam fail. I think they should follow up by looking at the Prado Dam in the Chino area, just because they have been near the point of mandatory evacuations a few times.
WND has the greatest potential impact in terms of lives lost, because it holds both the Rio Hondo and San Gabriel rivers, but PD could surprise everyone that thought the !SoCal #Inland_Empire and #Orange_County areas were safer.

@alpacaherder There aren’t a lot of places where that is practical. If anything, they are needing to build more dams, so there is more water storage.
