@maiki hahaha! thank God for speakerphone mode on teh iPhone! and then i tried the "chat" applet on the site but then it said "no agent is available at this time"... so I'm thinking maybe the agent is on dinner break or something... maybe only 1 was working! i really dread these huge appliances breaking bec i know i wld spend a fortune i might as well buy a new one! i suck at installing these things so idk what to do now haha
