Still having a heck of a time getting to sleep. Except now, it is happening in my own bed, so I can't blame the #hotel environment. (Spent most of the night hearing the little dog across the street doing its "I'm alone and scared bark".)

Not caffeine-related, since today's #coffee is the first I've had in a while. Meanwhile, the #inso-mania caused headaches continue.
