     @natecull a decade ago i worked for a small company making a janky web-based address-book software for the purpose of tracking KOLs for the pharmaceutical industry

     so that our clients (big pharma marketeers) would know which doctors to spam and cold-call the most

     they were super profitable even with 2 or 3 direct competitors at the time that i burnt out and bailed
