   Got a text message on my personal phone from S, asking about something we're supposed to do one the work phone. Irritated, I responded "Work-related stuff goes to the work phone."
   
   A lot of the distinctions we make are worthless, but avoiding potential FRA violations as a standard practice is something that nearly all federal employees should be doing.
