Using these graphs this way is wrong. It will take weeks to tell when the curve started to flatten, because it takes some time before people begin to notice #COVID-19 symptoms severe enough to seek medical attention. Also, since AFAIK the US still has a shortage of test kits, the curve in the graph is probably bounded by the number of kits available, not by the number of people infected.
