   Areas in and below the scars of recent wildfires should prepare for potential mudflows.
   
   Parts of #California are expected to receive and atmospheric river of cold precipitation over the next few days.

     Most of the state was recently in drought conditions, so it is really important to get as much snow in the mountains as possible.
