   I finally had two days off in a row. I feel better, but still not where I should be.
   
   I didn’t go downstairs and hit the treadmill. I think I need to reserve some time each day for the treadmill, seeing that I was gasping for air when I ran up a few flights of stairs at work recently.
   
   I also didn’t get a response from the kids about putting grandkids (at least #GD2, #GS3, and their cousin A1) on videochats, so they never happened.

     When I was working in #AL about a decade ago, I used to run from floor 7 to floor 11 or floor 12 multiple times per day. The elevators were too slow and the building was too crowded, so even if the elevators had not been slow, every trip meant waiting through multiple elevator cycles.
     
     First thing in the morning, I would run up the stairs to floor 7, then start my day.
