There’s a simple solution: If an unmasked person gives #COVID-19 to someone else, make them responsible for the affected person’s medical costs, lost wages, and such. In the case of students at schools, make the parents of the infector responsible for the costs. (If the infector is an adult, they can bear the responsibility themselves.)

Surely Florida’s Governor’s fight for personal and parental responsibility includes financial liability.
