People working for the national help desk popping up on MSTeams to ask for help with a ticket.
I think I'm going to start referring them to the IT Guide put out by a guy in Puerto Rico. The #PR guide doesn't have answers for every problem, but it probably covers half of the things they call on me for. (Their fixes site is outdated--and scattered all over the place by a migration, so I understand why they're reaching out.)
