     After two days of eating almost nothing, his appetite returned with a vengeance tonight. He ate:
     * half of a chicken cheeseburger
     * applesauce (complete single-serving)
     * two scrambled eggs (complete)
     * one slice of whole wheat bread and one slice of sourdough bread (about half of each slice)
