idk what the deal ended up being, but i managed to get access to a rescue os attached to my #hetzner box

i'm copying the data to my workstation as we speak. i'll get around to restoring heropunch.io services some time tomorrow evening (UTC−07:00)

i've had periodic minor network issues with this machine since i started renting it, but this is just too much. once the data is copied i'm wiping the drives and terminating my service agreement.
