    Cutting this daytime walk short because it is hot in #PR and because I haven't found the posture that is comfortable at this weight. I need to lose a little more off the belly, so I'm not stooped over like an old(er) man or leaning back like K at work.

      Back from that walk. Accuweather says it is 82F in San Juan, #PR, and I believe it. Sweating, even though I purposely walked slower to avoid that.
