   Depending on timings (what time I board the shuttle bus and how much traffic there is on the 5-mile drive to/from the place where I catch/get off the bus), it usually takes 45 to 75 minutes for each direction's commute.

     A number of intersections in the San Juan metro now have working traffic lights. The roads are still very potholed and the traffic rivals that found in somewhat larger US cities. (but does not compare to Los Angeles or northern New Jersey).
