What a coincidence! Today i made a whole wheat flour bread too!
However from my experience you can't use just whole wheat flour because the fibers in it avoid the gluten to make the work.
So i mixed half whole with whole flour.
My ingredients are:
Sourdough starter 150g
Water 300g
Half whole flour 225g
Whole flour 225g.
Currently is resting for the night, tomorrow i'll cook it and let you know!

when 2 years ago i closed most of my public accounts, some even asked my ID card to delete my info. That's not ok.

I don't understand all this rush to buy flour and yeast. Here in ITA where my parents lives those are disappeared weeks ago. In my area there's a little but sometimes goes missing.
Why buy everything if you're not used to do it (not you, i mean the fools) and maybe just waste important resources?
We're (my inner family) are used to bake or make fresh pasta more or less constantly every week or so, and now we have the possibility we can't do that. :-/

That hospital is about 35km from me, some of my colleagues comes from that area.
Also, i was in that company (MAE, where they suppose they find the zero-patient who came back from china) just yesterday because they are our customers.
If you don't hear me anymore you know why :-(
