There is a critical turning point when you're announcing commercial support for a community project:

"We want to offer commercial services with things like customization, hosting, sponsored development etc"

Oh cool, that'll put some momentum into this project and allow people to work on it full time!

"... so we have founded a company named the same as the project, and also we hold the domain and the trademark."

Nope, sorry, lost me, time to eject.
