I think #California’s mandatory vaccines list for public school students is around ten entries long. I think charter schools, being publicly funded, have the same requirements. I do not know about private or religious schools.
I believe most or all such requirements would show up on https://www.immunize.org/laws/ [www immunize org].
There are also fields of employment that come with mandatory vaccinations, though I do not know whether those are state, federal, or employer enforced. I do know that one sister’s husband has worked in hospitals and prisons, and in both situations, he had a list of vaccines he had to have (including the most current influenza vaccine each year).
Regardless of whether you support the #COVID-19 vaccines being added to the list, it would not be “unprecedented” in any way.

@guizzy I don't understand Jeff's claim that #COVID-19 is a bioweapon.
If I was doing a bioweapon, I'd do something that was symptomless but highly for several days, then rapidly fatal after that. The intent being that $OPPONENT would have casualties in the hundreds of thousands or even low millions before they even knew enough to institute distancing and PPE / masks & gloves.
And I'd have immunized most of my population and all of my military before release.

When I looked at the ivmeta site a few months ago, the favorable studies had an average of 43 patients, and excepting one study later withdrawn for poor methodology, large studies universally showed no positive effect.

Got a call from an employee of $EMPLOYER about the mandated #COVID-19 vaccinations for federal employees. I told him that I am sure #USDOJ did some research before the order was signed and not to rely on hope for a quick court decision.

Almost a quarter million US kids infected with #COVID-19 in one week. I'm guessing this is mostly in-school transmission. Two sisters who still work for schools have said their schools are having new outbreaks weekly.

#FL Governor fights against court order. He is trying to prevent school districts from requiring masks.
There’s a simple solution: If an unmasked person gives #COVID-19 to someone else, make them responsible for the affected person’s medical costs, lost wages, and such. In the case of students at schools, make the parents of the infector responsible for the costs. (If the infector is an adult, they can bear the responsibility themselves.)
Surely Florida’s Governor’s fight for personal and parental responsibility includes financial liability.

About a week to go before I'm available for travel assignments again. Someone at my sister's school tested positive for #COVID-19, so some of the other teachers (including my sister) have been on quarantine since last week.
The school district currently has over 50 teachers out on quarantine or infected.

By the way, I told one of my brothers (works in public health) that I had burnt out on reading summaries of medical studies about #coronavirus and vaccines and treatments. He said he has to read some of it, but anything he can avoid reading, he avoids.

(I don’t actually think vaccine passports are a good idea. For one thing, they provide the [false] assurance that a person does not have #COVID-19 and cannot pass the disease on to others. Secondly, someone will certainly figure out how to produce counterfeit passes to unvaccinated people. Thirdly, does your pass mean you were vaccinated in 2021-JAN or 2021-JUL? That could make a difference as people start to reach the end of their enhanced immunity period.)

One of my sisters has 42 students in an elementary school classroom that would have held 28-32 students 50 years ago.
The buildings have the same recirculating air systems they had before #COVID-19 (should have been replaced with ventilation systems).

So my mom's cousin's son who died (age 51) did die of #COVID-19.
Beyond that, I know nothing about the man.

My mom's cousin's son died this morning. I've never met him or had any interaction with him ... I barely even knew he existed until I heard a week or two ago that he had #COVID-19.

A friend shared that his GF was possibly exposed to #COVID-19 at work, but her $EMPLOYER is requiring her to come to work until she finds out that she is infected.
Me: That employer is _stupid_. In the two weeks or so that she waits to find out whether she has the #coronavirus, she could infect multiple other employees.
